Payment	Deposit, balance, invoice, currency, fees and production-release conditions are stated in the project quote.
Intellectual property	The buyer confirms rights to submitted marks and content; DEER RACING retains no invented third-party permission.
Claims and remedies	Timing, evidence window, exclusions and any remedy are governed by the accepted project documents and applicable law.
