Custom or ready stock?

Custom Deer Graphic Collection jerseys: 45–50 calendar days after both payment receipt and design confirmation, including transit and customs in all regions. View jersey order terms.

Other custom orders: 45–50 days is a planning reference. Your quote confirms the start conditions, what the period covers and the schedule.

Ready-stock or standard products: Confirm stock availability, quantity, dispatch and destination.

  1. Brief & artwork

    Select garments, quantities and design direction. Supply usable logos and sponsor permissions.

  2. Samples & approval

    Allow time for the agreed samples, fit decisions and artwork revisions.

  3. Production release

    Approve specifications, artwork and quantities, and meet the agreed payment conditions.

  4. Production & delivery

    Confirm the production window, shipping basis, transit and customs allowance.

Keep a buffer before an event. An approval delay can move the schedule; check the revised arrival plan before proceeding.

Five pieces of what?

Deer Graphic Collection jerseys have a 5-piece minimum, with sizes, colors and designs mixed.

Other first-time garments and complete kits have product-specific minimums. Repeat custom jerseys start at 5 pieces of the same model and approved design, with sizes and men’s/women’s cuts mixed. Changed designs, products or fabrics are quoted separately.

First order
List quantities by garment, cut and design. Include labels, packaging or special processes.
Reorder
Send the previous product and artwork references. Materials, minimums, price and availability need a current check.
Hard deadline
Give the required arrival date and destination. Ask about feasible options; rush capacity must be confirmed.

Get the dates
in the quote.

Send the information you have, even if sizes or artwork are still open. Say which decisions remain and when you expect to make them.
