Can custom cycling apparel be returned?
DEER custom and private-label garments made correctly to your approved order cannot be returned because you changed your mind or chose the wrong size. If DEER supplied the wrong item or you suspect a production fault, follow the steps below.
A size-selection issue or a production error?
You received the size you ordered: contact us if you need to order a replacement size. Use the selected product’s size chart and fit samples before approving the new size.
DEER supplied the wrong size, or you suspect a fault: send your order reference and photos through the warranty claim process. We repair or replace garments with confirmed production errors at no charge.
Changing or canceling an order
Contact the person handling your order as soon as possible. Before production starts, changes can affect artwork, quantities, price and timing. After work has begun, a change may no longer be possible and may involve costs already incurred.
Before sending anything back
Email robert@deercruisedesign.com with your order reference and the reason for the request. Wait for written instructions and a return address. Do not send goods to an address found on a parcel or website without confirmation.
