Carbon spokes. Three rim depths.
SCOM ULTRA combines 3.2 mm carbon spokes with hooked carbon rims and a 36-tooth floating ratchet hub.
Choose a 40, 50 or 62 mm rim depth. Each standard version has a 24 mm internal width and a 30 mm external width.
The 2026 range uses Toray T800/T1000 carbon with SCOM mesh fabric. View the full dimensions, weights and hub specifications.
The TRiPEAK edition has separate options; confirm its specifications and quote with DEER.
ULTRA construction
Rims, hubs and spokes
SCOM mesh carbon fabric
- Toray T800/T1000 carbon with SCOM mesh fabric.
- The mesh layer supplements the unidirectional carbon layup. SCOM describes it as support for loads in multiple directions.
Large-flange hubs
- Large flanges with an externally mounted, wave-shaped spoke arrangement.
- A 36-tooth floating ratchet in the rear hub; 2:1 lacing, with three-cross lacing at the rear.
3.2 mm carbon spokes
- 3.2 mm carbon spokes with mechanically joined, adhesive-free connections.
- SCOM ULTRA uses 21 spokes at the front and 24 at the rear.

SCOM develops the rims, spokes and hubs as one wheel system. Each ULTRA wheelset is handbuilt.

Fit and setup
Will these wheelsets fit my bike?
The supplied sheets for these four models list Center Lock disc mounts and 12 × 100 mm front / 12 × 142 mm rear thru-axles. Confirm the freehub body, cassette, tire size and pressure limits for your chosen model before ordering.
Are all four models ready for tubeless tires?
SCOM ULTRA and AEROLITE list tubeless systems. VOSO LITE has tubeless-compatible rims but is supplied with clincher rim tape; confirm the tape, valves and setup required. The supplied VOSO ULTIMATE sheet does not confirm tubeless compatibility.
