Can men's and women's products count together?
That depends on whether the selected products share the same design, construction route and commercial minimum. Provide the estimated quantity by product and pattern; the written quote states what can be combined.
When does the production clock start?
Production does not start at the first inquiry. It starts after the agreed artwork, product specification, size/quantity list, billing and delivery details, approvals, and required payment conditions are complete.
What is the difference between a fit sample and a pre-production sample?
A fit sample supports size and product selection and may not carry final artwork. A pre-production sample reviews the agreed product before the main run. Purpose, cost, timing and acceptance criteria must be written down.
Can screen colors be treated as final production colors?
No. Displays, paper and fabric reproduce color differently, and stretched material can change appearance. Identify brand-critical colors and agree whether a physical fabric or print reference is required.
What artwork should we provide?
Editable vector logos are preferred. Supply fonts or outlined text, sponsor permissions, color references and placement priorities. Product templates and exact raster requirements are confirmed after the product is selected.
Can the product mix change after approval?
Changes after artwork or commercial approval can affect minimums, fit, templates, price and timing. Submit changes through the project owner and wait for written impact confirmation before treating them as accepted.
How are late riders handled?
Options can include extending the initial window, reopening an agreed store or grouping a reorder. Availability, minimum, price and timing are revalidated because a reorder is not automatically identical to the first production run.
Can individual riders pay and receive orders separately?
It can be considered through a Team Store or managed ordering route. Platform availability, tax, payment, address collection, packing, shipping fees, and minimum-order requirements must be confirmed for the project.
Are custom products returnable?
Custom products are made against approved documents and are not treated like unchanged retail inventory. Cancellation, change, defect review, size issues and remedies are governed by the written quote, specification and order terms.
How is a quality issue reported?
Provide the project reference, affected product and size, quantity, clear images, description and when the issue was observed. Do not return goods without written instructions because the review may require specific evidence.
What remains on file for reorders?
The approved artwork and product specification can be retained as a planning reference. Current materials, trims, prices, minimums, production capacity and terms must still be checked before a reorder is accepted.
Can DEER RACING provide compliance documents?
Only documents that apply to the selected product, material, process and destination should be supplied. Required testing, labeling or declarations must be identified in the RFQ and are not assumed from a generic website claim.
Are the factory and team images documentary evidence?
No, unless a page explicitly identifies a verified real project. Generated imagery on this site shows product-development and visual direction and must not be read as proof of factory ownership, customers or certification.
What information is enough to request a first quote?
A work email and a short project question are enough to begin. Product interest, estimated quantity, destination, requested delivery window, artwork status and sample needs help prepare a more useful response. Commercial details are confirmed before a formal quote.
Which document controls when a drawing, page or email conflicts with the project?
The accepted quote or order, approved specification, approved artwork and written change confirmations should state the document hierarchy. A mockup, earlier email or general website sentence does not override the latest accepted project record.
Who is responsible for shipping, customs and final delivery?
Production release, packing, carrier movement, customs and final delivery are separate decisions. The written quote should identify destination, shipping basis, recipient, import responsibility, delivery model and any event-date contingency.
Can private-label labels and packaging be included?
They can be reviewed as part of a private-label brief. Provide label locations, hangtag, barcode, packing and destination-market requirements, then confirm the applicable files, quantities, cost and approval route in writing.
How are warranty or remedy requests evaluated?
Report the project reference, product, size, affected quantity, issue timing, images and care or use context. The review compares this evidence with the approved project documents and determines any available remedy under the accepted terms.
