Other first-time garment and private-label orders have product-specific minimums. Repeat custom jersey orders start at 5 pieces of the same model and approved design; see reorder conditions.

For DEER jerseys, men’s and women’s cuts count toward one minimum when the model and design are the same. List the cut, size and quantity for each rider.

Jackets, bib shorts and different jersey models have separate minimums. Tell us about small additions, such as one women’s jacket, before collecting orders so we can check the options and price.

Start with the garments, quantities and delivery deadline. Send:

• Products and estimated quantity for each.
• Delivery country and the date you need the kit in hand.
• Logos or artwork, if ready.
• Any sample, label or packing requirements.

Individual ordering and delivery need to be agreed with DEER for your team. We confirm the available setup and fees before orders open.

Tell us who will collect orders and payments, whether shipping is to one address or each rider, and how late orders should be handled. See the team ordering guide.

Use the size chart for the exact DEER product you choose. The same S, M or L label can fit differently across brands and garment styles.

Check measurements and the intended fit, then ask about a fit sample if riders are unsure. Record each rider’s product and size before approval. See the fit and sample guide.

DEER offers fit samples on loan and paid samples made to your specification.

• Fit sample: a free 14-day loan from delivery, subject to model and size availability. Return it clean, undamaged and with tags. We state shipping costs and any refundable security deposit before dispatch.
• Custom pre-production sample: made with your artwork or specification. We quote the cost and timing before work starts.

Send editable vector logos where available, font files or outlined text, brand colors and sponsor placements. Include any names or numbers that change between riders.

Make sure you have permission to use the artwork. The production template and final file requirements depend on the garment; start with the artwork guide.

A screen preview is not a final color reference. Screens and printed fabric reproduce colors differently, and stretch can change how a print looks.

Identify any brand color that needs close attention. Before approving production, agree how it will be checked and whether a physical print or fabric reference is needed.

Changes after approval need written confirmation from DEER. Once production has started, a change may no longer be possible. Changes to artwork, products or quantities can affect the price, minimum order and delivery date.

Send the change to your order contact as soon as possible. Keep the last approved artwork and size list until we confirm the change and any revised schedule. See order changes and cancellation.

A race fit sits close to the body; a relaxed club fit leaves more room. Try the selected DEER garment in your riding position before approving the size list.

Lean forward as you would on the bike. Check shoulder reach, torso length, sleeves and pocket access. For bib shorts, assess the pad and straps as well as waist size. Use the fit guide before ordering for the whole club.

DEER can develop the design as part of your custom apparel order. Send your logo, preferred colors, sponsor marks and references for the look you want.

We agree the design scope and any charges with you before work begins. You approve the final artwork before production. See DEER design examples and the artwork guide.

Deer Graphic Collection custom jerseys take 45–50 calendar days after payment receipt and design confirmation, including transit and customs. Import duties are not automatically included in the price. See the product’s order terms.

For other custom garments, 45–50 days is a planning reference; your quote states when the schedule starts and what it includes. Ready-stock delivery depends on stock and dispatch availability. See the MOQ and timing guide.

DEER needs to confirm your event deadline in writing before you collect orders from riders. Send the date you need the kit in hand and the delivery address.

Allow time for sampling, artwork approval, production and shipping, with a buffer for carrier and customs delays.

Not automatically. Your quote states which delivery costs are included. Check:

• Freight and any insurance.
• Who handles customs clearance.
• Who pays import duties, taxes and destination charges.

Read the shipping and delivery information before comparing totals.

DEER custom jersey reorders start at 5 pieces of the same model and approved design. Mix sizes and men’s/women’s cuts within that model. Send the previous order reference and the new size list.

We quote changed designs, different products and new fabrics separately. Fabrics and trims can change between batches, so we check these along with price and delivery before you approve a reorder. Use the reorder handover checklist.

DEER custom garments made to the approved size list cannot be returned because a rider chose the wrong size or changed their mind. Use the selected garment’s size chart and a fit sample before approving the order.

If DEER supplied the wrong size or you suspect a production fault, send the order reference and photos. We correct confirmed errors at no charge. Read the return instructions before sending anything back.

DEER custom cycling apparel has a two-year limited warranty from delivery to the original buyer, covering defects in materials and workmanship. Normal wear, crashes, misuse, incorrect care and choosing the wrong size are excluded.

Email your order reference, affected products and quantities, photos and a description to robert@deercruisedesign.com. We review complete claims within 5 business days. For a confirmed defect, we repair or replace the garment at no charge and confirm the schedule after review. See warranty coverage and return shipping.

Send your product list, brand artwork and destination market, along with label, hangtag and packing requirements. We review the options, samples and costs together.

Send your tech pack, reference garment or written specification with your inquiry. Include measurements, fabric preferences, construction details and artwork.

Feasibility, sample work and minimums depend on the product. A reference image alone does not confirm a fabric, fit or production method. Agree the specification and sample checks before approving bulk production.
