How long will a custom order take?
Deer Graphic Collection custom jerseys take 45–50 calendar days after payment receipt and design confirmation, including transit and customs. Import duties and taxes are not automatically included in the garment price. Read the product’s order terms.
For other custom orders, 45–50 days is a planning reference. Required approvals, final sizes and quantities, and payment conditions must be complete before the schedule starts. Your quote states the start date, calendar or working days, and whether transit and customs are included.
Ready-stock delivery depends on availability, quantity and destination.
Are freight, duties and taxes included?
Freight, duties and taxes are included only when your DEER quote says so. Check:
- Shipping service, freight charge and expected transit.
- Who handles customs clearance and pays import duties, taxes and destination charges.
- Any insurance and the agreed delivery basis.
Planning for an event
Send your destination, postal or ZIP code and the date you need the garments in hand. Tell us whether delivery is to one address or several. DEER must confirm the schedule in writing; allow for carrier and customs delays.
When your shipment arrives
Check the cartons and quantities. If something is damaged or missing, keep the packaging, take photos and contact us with your order reference. The next steps depend on the shipping terms agreed for your order.
